The stern and frigid looking Pomfrey was red with embarrassment and anger.

"But... why, Madam Pomfrey?" Asked a terrified Hermione Granger

And just as she asked, a face of understanding crept on her traits... and she slapped Harry.

"You b*tch! How could you?!"

While she was yelling and screaming her anger, Pomfrey cast the diagnosis spell on Hermione, just to be sure, and it confirmed she was also expecting, showing... two faces... a boy and a girl with Granger's hair and Harry's eyes as their most prominent parents' traits.

"TWINS!?" Yelled both women
