Fashion magazines, designers, Victoria's Secret, Sports Illustrated, these brands need to protect the investment they make in their models so when one gets to the very, very top, they are told to sign up for 'the gym'. Many models like to take direction, it is usually part of their job, but there are some who prefer to give it. These illustrious few become trainers, fucking clients to keep their bodies fabulous and ready. After all, photoshoots and catwalks don't take that long.
