Locale: The Caribbean Sea, aboard the luxury liner "Palm of Royalty"

Enemy Presence: High-ranking Adder officials and agents, as well as unknown numbers of terrorists who fell under Adder's control during Operation First Plague

Threat: Armed hostiles, advanced weaponry, biological control (particularly applicable to Ciao, who ingested Bound Blood 1000)

Objective: Adder is seemingly conducting its version of a victory lap after the Bound Blood 1000 rollout. Implanted back on the inside, Doctor Nora Goldstein-- A.K.A. Scylla Schulz-- has offered us intel suggesting that most of Adder's highest ranking officials will be in attendance. We must speculate we could be looking at a chance to lay our hands on Adder Adjutant, the most elusive of them all. Your mission is to enter in disguise and rendezvous with Goldstein to acquire a limited-production antidote for Bound Blood 1000, which Ciao will consume. Next, you are to search the ship for Adder Adjutant and capture him or her if possible, kill if not. Any other targets captured or killed will be a significant boon; everyone on that ship, with the exception of known agents, are among the world's most wanted terrorists and potential targets for lethal ****. If hostages come into play, modify mission objectives, but otherwise, even low-level staff may be considered accomplices and dealt with accordingly. Finish by extracting yourself from the Palm of Royalty.
