Objective: Adder is holding an auction for a new super-weapon. The specifics are unknown, but recovered intelligence suggests it in some way manipulates a target's blood remotely. Infiltrate the meeting, sniff out the Adder operative, and take them into our custody. The target will likely be watched and protected by armed guards. Civilian presence is expected to be dense; engage carefully to keep casualties to a minimum. If the super-weapon cannot be recovered, it must be destroyed.
