Miss: Nope, you & Nadia are interrupted by something.

"Ahem!" One of the other dancers interrupt you & Nadia. "Nadia, your brother is calling you."

"(Sigh) Always calling me at the wrong time." Nadia pouts, then looks to you. "Later, perhaps?"

"You know where to find me, if you have time." You tell her, and wave as Nadia heads to the back.

(Minutes later, on the way home.)

"Hello, Nadia?" You answer an incoming call on your smartphone, when it lights up to show Nadia's name and face, along with her number. Of course, all of this done through the bluetooth features on your truck.

"Hey, Eric." You hear Nadia's voice, as she is back at the club, finishing her shift. "Change of plans, again, with some bad news, and good news."

"Bad news?" You ask her, as you continue your drive home.

"The New Orleans trip is off." Nadia tells you. "My brother has other guests going with him, so I apologize for misleading you. Yeah, I know, it pissed me off, too, but he does have the leverage, as a MMA fighter."

"Well, at least I don't have to negotiate with my boss at my dayjob for more days off from work." You tell her. "So what's the good news?"

"I can still give you a date on Fat Tuesday." Nadia responds. "I know a Brazilian restaurant where we can have dinner, and enjoy a good show. I'll even throw in a bonus, to compensate, and include some Samba and Rumba dance lessons at a dance studio, if you have time before your Valentine's Day commitments."

"Samba and Rumba dance lessons?" You ask her.

"Yeah, you heard me, Eric." Nadia responds. "It's so that we can dance together after dinner."

"Well, it may not be New Orleans," you tell her, "but that sounds alot more workable around our schedules."

"Excellent, I'll make the arrangements." Nadia tells you. "Thank you for understanding, Eric. I'll try not to mislead you again. Have a good night, if I can't make it to your home later on."
