Megan notices that Isabel is distressed, and tries to figure out why

Isabel was acutely aware of her situation, making sure to keep the waterline at neck level and keep one hand over each of her undressed breasts.

"So... Why are you out here alone like this?" Megan asked.

"I'm...um... Just trying to um....relax in the water by myself..."

"Oh really now?" Megan noticed something wasn't right. "Raise your hands?"

Isabel's eyes grew bigger. "Um, what?"

"Raise your hands! No big deal, right?"

Slowly, Isabel let go of her breasts underwater and raised them up in the air. Very slowly.
