The four women stood there overhearing the next woman land onto the floor and waited hopefully for a different reaction off the woman. So far was soo good, “Oh hello... where am I?” There was a pause then a loud scream, “What the hell are you? Get me out! Get me out!” “Silence and I will” the woman backed into the small light gap made from the hole and looking down saw the scarred man touch her forehead before sending her up, “Fucksake!” Hera snapped at Athena with Persephone bowing her head dejected spoke, “Aphrodites group failed, Athena’s, mine and now yours Hera. All the women we chose and all for the same reaction what else can we do?” Athena sat down on the edge before seeing the man weep as another had rejected him and hated his appearance, “This is my fault!” “Hell yeah it is if he was with us, completely different story. Persephone would have worshipped him in her temple and had a family don’t forget she still had his son. Hera would have had him rule a realm with her at his side willing to love and cherish him and with me...let’s just say sex after sex after sex!” Athena shook her head before saying, “Aphrodite you don’t know him that well then same as you, Hera. He liked intellectual women because he could debate with us and talk to us and the sex for him was apparently “more simulating” hence why people like Persephone was bedded not you!” Persephone joined her on the end before saying, “If only he listened to me...I said to him to ignore you, you’d bring trouble but he refused to, he said you were worth the sacrifice...we could have been laying on a beach together or in bed...but it’s all gone now!” “Why do you even still like him? Forgot what he did?” Aphrodite asked, “No, but I killed his only friend so I expect nothing less!” Hera nodded before looking down spoke, “So, what next?” Persephone sighed before sending the woman away spoke, “We try and try again. Even if we have to try everyone who isn’t married!” Hera nodded as Hades walking up to the women annoyed spoke, “We have a problem!” “Hades what is it?” “Since you have been distracted by all this you had a breach and Medusa broke through looking for Athena!” “How many?” “30 people turned to stone!” “Where is she?” before nodding Medusa was dragged with a metal steel cage on her head as they looked at Athena grabbing an sword to remove the head, “This time she stays dead!” Hades spoke but lifting her hand up to block it Athena spoke, “James is too hideous for a woman to stand apparently...despite him not looking that bad many are worse. Medusa is too scary to look at if you do you are prettified. James has seen so much and did so much to be scared of anything ordinary...” “What are you trying to say soo complicatedly?” Aphrodite queried and looking down Athena spoke, “I say we kick her down the hole and see what happens... if it doesn’t work she can’t get out or James kills her. But maybe their appearances and understanding of what it is like will attract! Stand back and look away!” she walked up to the contraption and moving the gorgon towards the edge looked away removing the cover and kicked her down the pit, “She is his problem now!”

*Thud* “Great what junk have they thrown down my hole now?” I got up before grabbing the needle whilst tending to the again infected wound hearing nothing out of the unusual, not a single thing was this person actually and object I stopped outside the door before listening in heard the hissing of snakes, “Why I want an damn snake for?” I cautiously twisted the handle in case the snake was behind the door but feeling it open freely looked down to see the bleeding woman or creature. The snakes that were part of her hissed aggressively trying to one make me back off and keep my distance the second was to wake the host up. The snakes bit at my hands but feeling the rock hard skin fell back almost like they were blunted from the shell. “Bump on the head, neck not broken but broken nose...or did” I clicked her nose back in as I looked for a charge sheet. “Nope, nope, nope. What’s this?” I spoke looking up to see the letter drop down and sniffing the scene noticed it was from Athena’s hand. “James, this creature has caused mass trouble for us, we threw her down in hope you would bond both understanding the torment you have suffered and you share the same experience. Failing that deal with her in anyway you seek fit!” I looked down before shaking my head at the four who watched down spat, “Another victim of you lot!” before shaking my head one final time walked away leaving them to watch unsure of what would happen next.

Medusa’s eyes shot open and hearing the snakes lay asleep against her head, on the table next to her was bottles of wine and chunk of bread on a plate, in front of her was a seat not filled but it had clearly been used prior, who brought her here and where is here that hit her mind, one thing was for sure however, she wasn’t with the Isu Gods anymore or anywhere near Athena. She sat up once again when the door opened and walking in stood a scarred man who looked directly at her not phrased and didn’t turn to stone he instead looked directly in her eyes and spoke, “Feeling better?” the snakes woke up and hissing stopped when they saw the man who sat opposite them almost cowering to him, “Who are you and where even am I?” “This is Tartarus; before you ask you aren’t a prisoner but judging by this note you are sort of my pet but of course I wouldn’t do that!” “So what will you do?” “Well it’s clear you can’t go back to the surface...I could fix you problem quite easily or you or you could stay here and help me run this place, let’s face it you are the best from of security I could have!” “You can fix it?” “Well in a way I can. I can kill you which breaks the curse then bring you back to life with minimal effects or talk to a friend of mine and have her cast an illusion so you appear as human!” she looked down before nodding spoke, “What happens when I go back to service I will be defenceless but also hated!” I nodded before saying, “Your deeds will be forgotten and you can start anew, apparently but I don’t expect it” “And if I stay here?” “You can stay here, take the spare room and be free from them!” she thought about it before saying, “That fall must have done more damage then I thought, me talking to you and you not stone yet!” I laughed before saying, “Yes, its a long drop from the surface, I remember when I landed, bruises and odd cracked bone. This stone thing? I have seen a lot worse things than you but it doesn’t matter look at my mug, it’s barely an face anymore, thousands have tried to court me but all fear me. Next to me you look normal!” she shook her head before kissing my cheek with the snakes doing the same, “What will you decide?” he thought about it before saying “I think I will...”
