Chapter 32 by fyreant fyreant

Do you focus on trying to get Marzena to see reason? Or try to reason again with Tula? Or fail to do anything but let chaos break loose?

Marzena does as Cadh suggested, but not at all how he hoped

She doesn't listen to any of your threats or imprecations. Cadh, eyes blazing expectantly, sets Marzena daintily down upon her feet. Tula looks rather confused, having not heard what she and Cadh were saying. You try to rush towards her, but Ross shifts his grip from your breasts and stomach to your shoulders, keeping control of you and stopping you from going for your knife.

"All life is a show, you know," Marzena says loudly to no one in particular. "And sometimes, in the interest of giving the best show, one has to make sacrifices and take risks. I hope you'll forgive me."

"NOOO!" You shriek. "Yes! Yes!" Cadh belts out, sword-hand visibly getting twitchy already.

Marzena makes some elaborate sweeping gestures with her hands and tosses her big floppy hat to the ground, revealing Cadh's disembodied heart... which seems to be beating a bit slower than yesterday. "By the infernal powers, and with all the strength of my enlightened soul... I hereby bring this spell to an end."

"Wait..." Cadh looks down at the heart, still beating in her hands, then down at his chest where his plaid tunic is covering the spot of the incision. "It's... I.... HRRNKKKKK!!" he makes a horrible gasping, **** sound, eyes popping out even further than yours were a few moments ago and teeth gritting so tightly that rivulets of blood begin to trickle around the edges of his grimacing lips.

"Alley-OOP!" Marzena cheerfully says in a singsong voice, throwing the stolen heart high up in the air, where it hangs majestically for a moment with momentum. Just as it is beginning to fall, there is a flash of yellow - a ball of smoldering sulfurous hellfire that Marzena had gathered in her hand is launched right up, striking the precious organ with unerring accuracy and obliterating it completely, leaving nothing but a few hot ashes floating off on the breeze.

Your jaw struggles to detach itself from your skull and drop into the dirt. Distantly, you hear Tula, a bit confusedly, shout to her knights; "Charge! CHARGE!" followed by blowing a hunting horn to sound the attack. Johari waves her hand forward. "Go, minions! Destroy those men!"

The cavalry bursts forth, only able to build up a little speed for a charge over such a short distance, but the mercenaries are so shocked and disarrayed that they struggle to form any kind of defense. The zombies come after, hideous leering jaws gaping wide open and ready to bite. Stiffening up, Captain Cadh makes a few more **** and inarticulate sounds, clutching at his chest, before his arms stiffen and he falls to his knees... there he lingers for a few moments like a tree gradually toppling in front of a woodsman, before at last collapsing face down in the mud.

Ross is so stunned that his grip slackens and, almost out of reflex, you finish withdrawing the knife from under your dress and give him a sharp poke in the ribs with it, causing him to let you go, howling with pain. But moments after that, Marzena, grinning maniacally, gestures at you as the horsemen go around you, bearing down on their quarry, and your rage blossoms so hot and pure that you want to rip her to shreds with your bare hands, and drop the blade!

No, not her... Tula! This is all her fault! Marzena is an idiot - you can't count on her to behave in a chaotic situation like this. It is Tula that botched this up. Look at her up there, sitting proudly on her horse with her chest and her balloon-like tits pushed out. What arrogance! She's thinking she looks glamorous while you've been getting dragged through the swamp at swordpoint and getting fucked in both holes for the past few days. How fitting it would be if she were to get dragged through the muck a bit, herself! And what is this? Now she is dismounting from her horse and coming towards you! Your **** is at hand! You give a shrill battlecry of your own and rush towards her, focused entirely on your Baroness even as you can hear the sounds of lances and iron-shod hooves slicing into unprotected flesh behind you...

How does your... 'duel' with your old friend Tula proceed?
