The bearer of this tattoo will be unable to taste food or water, and they will receive no nutritional benefit from consuming them.

The only things that they will be able to taste are the genitals and sexual fluids of other creatures. Their only source of nutrition will be the semen of other creatures, which will provide them with a day's worth of sustenance. In this semen, they will be able to strongly taste any foods and drinks that the ejaculator has consumed within the past 24 hours, alongside the usual taste of semen.

Semen that has been outside of the body for more than an hour will lose all nutrition, and it will only taste like semen to the bearer.
