Synopsis: On a hot summer day, warehouse manager Diane hears Heidi complain that she can't go topless like the boys. She then removes Heidi's top and makes her work topless for the rest of the day. Diane calls corporate to make sure Heidi's toplessness is legal, and HR sends Michelle over to inform her that there are no state laws about it. Diane takes Michelle's blouse and bra - throwing the latter in the trash - and makes her tour the facility topless as well. Heidi and Michelle mingle and share their stories.
An unrelated meeting is scheduled for the end of the work day. Diane intends for Heidi and Michelle to go to the meeting topless, but they resist and Michelle informs Diane that her stripping them is illegal. Heidi and Michelle put their tops back on (but Michelle keeps her cleavage revealed and doesn't get her bra out of the trash), and Michelle threatens Diane with legal action unless Diane attends the meeting topless. Michelle takes scissors from Diane's desk and begins to cut her shirt.
