Male Robin

"Fascinating... to think that techniques like Astra and Sol could have variations that make them weaker, but easier to learn or more likely to activate..."

Robin muttered to himself as he wrote down some notes on a pad nearby before turning his attention back to the book in his hands. The library in the Smash Dojo was full of books from all kinds of different worlds, and this time around, Robin was going to embrace the opportunity fully.

When Robin was first invited to the Dojo, he and Lucina were always a bit on edge. After fighting a dragon with power akin to a god, the two of them were a bit uneasy when they learned about some of the power levels of the other contestants.

Thankfully, a chance meeting with Marth, Ike and Roy, heroes from their own world, taught them that this wasn't really a battle to the **** and more like the kinds of tournaments that the Feroxi hold during parties and festivals. By then, however, it was too late in the tournament for him to really capitalize on the resources available to him.

Now that he'd been invited to a second tournament (with his best friend along, no less!), he was gonna research and learn as much as he could!

Robin looked up from his book at the sound of... something falling on the ground? He placed a bookmark at his current page, placed it on his nightstand, and made his way over to the door to see what had happened.

He opened the door to find... a box?

I don't remember having anything delivered, Robin thought, and I don't think Corrin did either. Curiosity taking over, Robin picked up the box. There weren't any markings or anything to hint at its purpose, but the weight of it made it clear there was something inside.

Robin brought the box into his room and laid it on his bed before opening it. Inside, he found a small device that looked kind of like the remotes that they use to control the TVs and whatnot around the Dojo. The thing is, this device didn't resemble any of those remotes, beyond being rectangular and having buttons.

Maybe there was an instruction manual somewhere? He peered into the box hoping to see one.
