Your name is Malcom Dresden. Currently, you’re a High School senior nearing graduation. You’re also write as a hobby, with a myriad of ideas swimming in your head. Many stories and fantasies in your head.

You grasp the notebook and contemplate it. It seems to have been telling the truth; in your hands is the ultimate power in the universe. Reality bends to your will by the words written in its pages.

Once again, you put pencil to paper. This time, however, you don’t know what to do. You could change the world! Achieve great things! Make everyone’s lives a better place!

Or you could get your dick wet.

Truthfully, that latter one sounds more fun. Having access to any woman you wanted would be great. And you know just how to do it. You begin scribbling down your first few rules:

Old rule: the minimum breast size for women 18 and over is C cup. The average is DD cup for many women worldwide.

Old rule: young woman enjoy flaunting their bodies. Bras and panties do not exist, and many women wear revealing clothing. As a woman ages, however, they begin to dress more conservatively. A married woman also wears less revealing but still sexually charged clothes.

You put down the pencil and see the world you have written. And to its words, it is all truth. Many woman now wear low-cut shirts and tight shorts that compliment their curves and features. A nice sway of hips follow the strides of many young women around. You smile.
