Makoto Niijima

Makoto Niijima was the technical mind and combat strategist of the Phantom Thieves, delivering justice through a flurry of fists and her Persona. After her Phantom Thief career though, she and Haru Okumera went away to college near Tokyo.

Makoto is nearing her final year of college and is on her way to becoming a police officer to help reshape the **** into a better, fairer system.
