Making the most of it

Lauren suddenly heard knocking at her door. “Lauren, dear. Why aren’t you enjoying yourself?” Delilah asks. “That wasn’t suppose to be a wish.” Lauren whined. “Silly me.” Delilah phases through the door smiling. “But you did say...” “I know what I said! So, can you just. I wish for everything to...” This time Delilah interrupts Lauren. “Tut tut, are you sure? Don’t you want to enjoy all the freedoms to do what you please, without anybody telling you no? Besides. If you don’t like it you now know that I’m still here.”

The front door of Lauren’s house creaks open, allowing a timid Lauren to walk out to a quiet world. Will it be a world of her own?
