MAXINE WYLDE: Daughter of the Black Dragon

Background:

The first superhero that I ever created (late 2000s))! She's essentially an amalgamation of Jennifer Garner's Elektra and Kenny McCormick's Mysterion from South Park (minus the people forgetting part).

This comic follows the adventures of MAXINE WYLDE, the adopted daughter of S.A.N.T.A. founder Benjamin Franklin, who despite only being in her mid-late 20's, is one of S.A.N.T.A.s top female agents, who's primary specialty is that of espionage and assassination!

Weakness:

No healing factor; the only way for her to fully heal her injuries quickly is by dying and respawning approx. 10 minutes later.

Primary Weapons:

• A pair of enchanted twin Sai. The enchantment basically turns them into heat-seeking missiles; never loosing momentum once thrown and being able to maneuver past stationary or slow-moving obstacles with very little being able to stop them until they've hit their target. Although lethal weapons, she can make it so that instead of killing, they only paralyze. The paralyzation only lasts as long as the blade is inserted; once taken out the person automatically regains consciousness and - although significantly drained, thereby greatly diminishing the chances of them posing any kind of threat - is completely undamaged both internally and externally. They're also indestructible and can stab through almost anything! They can also glow in the dark and even magickally light themselves on fire depending on the incantation she utters! They also "die" when she dies, that way she can take them with her to wherever afterlife/dimension she got transported to.

Personality:

Despite being raised from a young age to be a cold, ruthless and bloodthirsty assassin (something that she is still quite capable of), Maxine is actually quite compassionate, caring, loyal and friendly. She does have some trauma from her days in the Society but has learned to deal with it in a healthy way. She truly is her father's daughter cause like Dir. Franklin, she's charming, somewhat sociable, witty at times, dutiful, affectionate (once you've earned her trust) and pragmatic. She is somewhat lacking in the rizz and romance department but in an endearing kind of way that adds to her charm. For the most part, her attitude when it comes to stuff like dying/unaliving herself is a lot like that of 'South Park's' Mysterion or 'Happy Death Day's' Tree Gelbman.

Where Does She Go When She Dies?

It depends on the writer, she can wind up in The Backrooms, The Dreamlands from Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos, one of the thousands of various Hells and afterlifes, a largely unexplored region of the multiverse, etc. Depending on where she ends up, those 5-10 minutes could for her feel a lot longer.
