Loving label

Lex and Sazla wrote their list of children's names on a piece of paper. She gestured for everyone to follow her as she took it to the dining room table. Most of their children quickly followed. Except for his slender daughter. Although she looked interested, it was clear that she knew that the paper wasn't going anywhere. Once they were gathered around the table, he couldn't help but smile. Seeing them gathered together was quite the sight. However, his smile grew wistful. 'I wish Divi, Gloria, and Sofia were here to enjoy this moment too.'

As if on cue, Lex was gently rocked forward by a soft and squishy body suddenly pressing against his back. This was followed by a familiar giggle in his ear. "Daddy!" Divi's cheek nuzzled against his. He barely had a chance to smile when his attention was drawn to a hand gently touching his left shoulder. "I hope we're not interrupting, Lex." He saw Gloria's gentle smile when he finally got to see who it was. "No, but it's good to see you both." Some fidgeting within his peripheral vision caught his attention. Upon turning slightly further, he noticed it was Sofia. His smile turned into a grin. "I was just thinking about you guys."

Sofia tilted her head. "Really?" Her hair and face turned bright red. A few strands of hair formed a question mark above her head at the same time. Lex chuckled. "Yeah. I didn't want you to miss this special moment." She lifted a brow. Her hair and face quickly returned to normal. "What special moment?" He blushed a little. "Well, Sazla and I are about to name our kids." Her eyes widened. "Y-you have more kids!?" Her hair stood up on end while both her hair and face became pale.

Divi tilted her head slightly. "Kids?" She looked around before her eyes focused on the table in the other room. She could clearly see several attractive young adult kobolds. Although some of the features were hidden by fur, she could tell that they were a mixture of her daddy and Sazla. She smiled excitedly, letting go of Lex to run over to the table and hug her siblings. "Hi, I'm Divi. I'm your older sister." While they talked, Lex turned his attention back to Sofia. "I don't have a good way to explain this, but yes. They are my children too."

Sazla walked over to grab Lex's hand. "You can explain that later. Our kids are waiting for their names." As he was dragged off, most of Sofia's hair stood up in question marks. She was dumbfounded by this turn of events. He was dragged to the front of the table, but everyone was still distracted by one another. He sighed softly before knocking hard on the table, but not enough to be considered a threat. "Sorry for the confusion, but I will try to make things as simple as possible."

Lex looked over to Sofia. "Don't be shy. Come over here." She blinked before quickly walking over to the table. Her hair was slowly calming down. He reached a hand out to hers. "This is your Aunt Sofia. She's my sister." He paused for a moment. "We may not be related by blood, but she's my dear sister nonetheless." Her hair and cheeks turned bright red. He looked over to Sazla and reached out his other hand to hers. "After careful consideration, I've come up with a way to honor both sides of your heritage." His kobold children seemed even more anxious.

Lex looked to his kobold children. "I will be naming you all in accordance to what I feel sounds best." He looked to his athletic daughter first. "From now on, your name will be Ziksa Winda Moore." Ziksa pumped her right arm. "I like it!" He looked to his voluptuous daughter next. "I have chosen Fauve Scorring Moore for you." Fauve gently bit her bottom lip. "Sounds sexy." He smiled before turning his attention to his slender daughter. "Your name shall be Torral Prudence Moore." Torral nodded slightly. This made him smile a little more as he turned his attention to his slender son. "Just like everyone else, I want you to be happy and self assured. Your name shall be Dempsey Drirk Moore."

Dempsey blinked, but nodded slightly. "I will try, father." Lex smiled softly. "That's all I ask." He turned his attention to everyone at the table. "Don't be afraid to be yourselves. I may not always be available, but know that if you need me. I will do everything I can to be there for you. As I hope you all will do for me and each other." He could see everyone was smiling, but he didn't see Bianca anywhere. He looked down slightly before clearing his throat. "Well, that's all I had to say. I am going to step outside a moment. Relax and talk amongst yourselves. I'll be back in a bit to cook up some food for breakfast."

As Lex stood up from the table, they all began to converse with one another. Divi and Gloria showed off a little about being slime girls by stretching themselves out and so forth. He gently kissed Sazla's cheek and Sofia's. "I need to check on Bianca. I'll be back in a bit." Sofia reached out a hand to stop him, but stopped herself. Although it hurt, she felt like she was about to stop him from doing something important. Knowingly, Sazla moved closer to Sofia and gently wrapped an arm around her waist. "He'll be back. Don't you worry." Shortly after stepping outside, he saw Bianca staring off into the distance.

Lex walked over to Bianca's side. "Is everything okay?" She didn't move. "... Not really." He moved a hand gently to hers. "Want to talk about it?" She shook her head. He sighed softly, but smiled as an idea popped into his head. He gently squeezed her hand while kissing her shoulder. "Want to fight about it instead?" She quirked and eyebrow before chuckling, shaking her head with a little smile. "No. It's still too fresh on my mind. Worst part is, it's nobody's fault." He nodded slightly. "You know. Nobody's an asshole. I don't know why we hangout with him anyway." She smirked. "Yeah, fuck that guy." They both chuckled. A few seconds later, she laid her head gently on his shoulder.

After several minutes of this, a new quest appeared in the center of Lex's view.

Accept or Decline?

Lex's eyes widened upon seeing that. 'My kingdom is in trouble!?' He didn't need to think about it as he mentally hit, 'Accept.' However, this brought a few questions to mind. Who was invading his kingdom? Should he wait until after breakfast or go as soon as possible? Should he bring everyone here along or go by himself?
