Positive Gains: Gain a 10% boost to all damage you do to those of the female gender. Also, you gain the ability to smooth talk those of the fairer sex into liking you more! (New speech options available.)

Negative Gains: “Loverboy” dialogue options won’t always open certain paths with certain types of women. AKA, the types of women, who are already hostile towards you, Bat for the other team, or are completely obsessed with another man.
