Chapter 30 by WhiteFeathers WhiteFeathers

Wake up from slumber, what have you achieved when deep asleep?

Lots of corpses and a Dragon Dildo.

Returning to the waking world was sluggish as perusal, getting off your bed you take a look around and see that the treasure chest was closed while the ground around it was caved in making it hard to much more then shimmy across a ledge around the hole. That meant someone actually triggered the trap, meaning that you had a few more corpses and loot to add to the closet and crypt.

Speaking of closet you turn around and see that your closet that looked quite full, and checking showed that it utterly full with resources with the last slot holding a pink penis which confused you. Picking it up and looking it over made you understand what it was.

It was a dildo modeled after dragon's while also adding large ball at the base for some reason or other, you question where this item even came from before placing it back in the closet while looking at the 9 slots that were all filled with dust of all things, you really needed to do something about that.

Standing by your desk you start once more with castle management and rearmed the traps before refining down all that crap while thinking of a way to remove atleast all this dust since it was filling in so much space.

Refining
Iron Fragments: 112-112=0 Iron: 16+28=44 Wood Fragments: 41-40=1 Wood: 7+10=17 Stone Fragment: 66-64=2. Stone:74+16=90. Silk Scraps:12-12=0 Silk:2+3=5.

Well that just opened up five slot in your closet, something that makes you sad and makes you really wish that you could refine dust into air since that was still a low amount for stuff since you already had a few ideas you wanted to try. Quickly going to the Facilities tab you construct another stone closet which place besides the other closet, granting you more room to place items which meant you could actually loot those bodies.

Checking through the Castle Management made you surprised that the amount of bodies within the pit was this high, were the heroes really just jumping over to the floating chest and trying to open it from on it. Each part of that was risky since they could fall down into the spikes if that didn't make the jump or overshoot it, not enough balance would make them not be able to stand on the chest and fall down into spikes again, with that all not mentioning that they somehow wanted to open the chest without falling off.

Adventures and Heroes, also known as the multiracial versions of the Pack Goblin. Because they really seem to have the same level of intelligence as Pack Goblins.

Looking at the 11 corpses, and noting the different icons indicating that there were; 4 warriors, 2 rogues, a Priestess, a Archer and 3 warlocks.

So seeing the amount of corpses, you looted them and placed the corpses into the Crypt.

New Resources:
Rogue Token: 2. A token to show that your castle or minions have taken out a Rogue.
Archer Token: 1. A token to show that your castle or minions have taken out a Hunter or Archer.
Warlock Token: 3. A token to show that your castle or minions have taken out a Warlock or Necromancer.
Steel Fragments: 1. A fragment of steel that needs to be reconstructed to become usable.
Sword: 2. A warrior weapon that is iconic of the times we are now.
Common Leather: 15. Common leather from basic animals like wolves, cows or deer.
Common Leather Scraps: 24. Fragmented pieces of Common leather that needs to be repaired to be usable.
Daggers: 2. A rogue's weapon that is iconic of the times we are now.
Bow: 1. A weapon needed for those who practice archery, and is iconic of the times we are now.
Dark Staff: 1. A mage's staff which has been tainted by dark magics enough to be altered slightly, it is iconic and easily hidden enough to not be an indicator of your dark power.
Resource Change:
Warrior Token: 1+4=5. Priest Token: 1+1=2. Iron:44+6=50 Iron Fragments: 0+64=64. Silk: 5+4=7 Silk Scraps: 0+16=16 Crystals: 17+46=63. Work: 100+52+58+80+55+54+111+103+140+108+114=975.

Great, more tokens that you really don't know what you can do with them, no options appeared when on the crafting table and none of the helpful info things really said anything about them. That besides you've gained leather that you cant work into even belts because that is not class appropriate, so only cloth belts for you.

Refining:
Common Leather Scraps:24-24=0. Common Leather: 15+6=21. Iron Fragments: 64-64=0. Iron=50+16=66. Silk Scraps: 16-16=0. Silk:7+4=11.

You take a moment to think about taking away the weapons and then pulling them apart, but shook your head at that thought. Only a small bit of wood and iron wasn't worth it.

This amount of crystals would be really helpful resource though. Your Hat, 8 iron and 5 crystals would be traded in for something better. Then you tried to become heavily reinforced but with iron it would turn that into "leather" in all terms and purposes, you'd need to rework the reinforcement with other metals and steel fragment showed that Steel itself was a possibility. Deciding for once to improve your weapon, you place your staff on the desk and blink as it asked you to place items alongside it to show upgrade options.

Placing your hat aside you placed a bit of each of the items you had, finally getting a positive for the crystals, wood, iron and leather showing that three upgrades can be created: 30 Crystals for more magic power, 3 Crystals and 15 Wood for more magic and reinforcing the staff and 2 Crystals and 30 iron to reinforce the staff and adding a spear point. Selecting all upgrades before finally checking out the difference of both items.

You partially wondered how you got so overpowered, but thought for a moment and sighed. Most likely the Heroes will be asked to be stronger if they want to fight you since you did get stronger. You placed on your black pointed hat that hat the point sagging down behind you with a metal armor parts all over the hat, which much like your robe which look more like armor then before, showed that your defense was something and not nothing.

You lift your new and improved MageSpear, black metal on the outside that was brimming with magic that the crystals gifted the iron while the insides had magical wood that was most likely black aswell. The top had a powerful looking beast of some sort holding a orb made of dark crystals which had a sinister feel to it. The bottom of it hard a sharp spike that could be used to stabbed while the sides had blades so you could cut with either side.

[Warning Base Stats raised above 100, you must have a boss that doesn't exceed that level of power. No Heroes will arrive until this has happened, you can also not equip items until a new boss has been created.]

Great and now you couldn't increase your level without adding more annoyances that will drain experience from you, just because you get better equipment.

Placing your Spear aside you sit down and look at the resources you had, and saw you lacked wood, You need wood for parts of new items you wanted to craft, so you looked through the castle before coming to a first floor Storeroom filled with debris which had as a note that a large amount of it is wood since wood was stored here. Using 50 of your Work you take care allot of the debris which gave you a lot of wood as you wanted.

Resource Change
Iron:66-8-30=28. Crystals: 63-5-30-3-2=23. Wood: 17-16+110=111. Stone:90+13=103.

You were confused about the lack of fragments, before sighing and really wishing that you could actually check the room yourself, but you were sealed here forever and ever. Now with the wood you'll be crafting the things you need to help you.

3 Wood=Wooden Hammer. 2 Wood+ 1 Stone=Stone Hammer. 2 Wood +1 Iron= Iron Hammer. Wood 2+ Iron 2+ leather= Tailor Kit. 2 Wood+ 1 Iron= Iron Pickax. 1 Wood+1 Iron= Iron Chisel. 2 Wood+ 1 Iron= Iron Shovel. 15 Iron + 1 Crystal= 15 Magical Iron. 5 Wood+ 1 Crystal= 5 Magical Common Wood. 1 M.Iron + M.C. Wood= Magic Iron Chisel. 2 M.C. Wood + 1 M.Iron= Magic Iron Pickax.

New Resource:
Magical Iron: 12. Iron that is magical altered by Crystals to be mystical in nature, it's earthen nature has set some of the magical properties of earth nature.
Magical Common Wood: 2. Wood that lacks any special features compared to some trees that are usually used for lumber in these parts, it has been magical altered by Crystals giving it some mystical properties but not enough to become living wood.
Resource Change:
Iron:31-1-2-1-1-1-15=10. Crystals: 23-2=21. Wood: 111-3-2-2-2-2-1-2-5=91. Stone:103-1=102.

New Tools:
Hammer:

Increase options of craft-able items, increase option for facilities and decrease the amount of iron or wood need for furniture(Wood: 5%. Stone: 10%. Iron 15%). When having tools Wood Hammer and Chisel increase chance of better quality art by 100%.
Tailor Kit:
Increase options of Cloth craft-able items. Decrease the amount Cloth Sheets needed by 1 for crafting armor.
Pickax:
Increase the the amount of Cubic Meter mined per Work by Iron 100%/Magical Iron 150% in solid stone or Ore. Increase chance of higher quality resources mined resources.
Chisel:
Increase the amount of craftable items, decrease the amount of Work needed for Art Pieces by 25% and when having tools Wood Hammer and Chisel increase chance of better quality art by 100% (M.I. Chisel 200%)
Shovel:
Increase the amount of Cubic Meter shoveled per Work by 100% in softer soil or none solid objects. Decrease amount of Work required to remove a certain amount of Debris and increase chance of finding non-fragmented resources.

Now those are done with, you go to your crypt and made it a Zombie spawning zone for 5 Crystals before getting a message.

[By making a Corpse Regeneration Zone also a Zombie Spawn Zone you have special Zombies, These zombies have fully functional bodies while their skin is darkened black by the dark magics that brought them back and they are named the Unliving Ones.]

That was surprising but for some reason there wasn't a boss there which is confusing for you, did you have to make a boss room or something like that?

[Unlocked Augmentation, Boss Room]

Trying to apply it to the crypt indicated that it must be in a floor which has a floor connected to it with monsters spawning on it. The first floor required quite a bit of restoration before any of the rooms actually were allowed to become a den for any monsters since ghosts refused to spawn and they barely need anything and you didn't know what that need was.

Considering that you had tons of Work you simply just make another Crypt that was was on the same level so there was only a stone door between the two areas and that only took 37 work before using 15 Crystals and 20 Stone to get the Unliving Ones once more in this new crypt before trying to place in the Boss Room before noting that you couldn't put in the current Crypt so you connected it to the new Crypt before noting that you could customize the round room and the entrance and how the Boss Unliving Ones.

You then spend tons of Work to restore the outside of the castle, clearing all the rubble and placing the huge amount of stone and wood into store rooms. So you had a clean castle, 3512 Stone in a Store Room while 250 Stone with you, 2500 Wood in a Store Room while 100 with you and finally 214 Work still over.

Seeing the among over, you simply made your own room twice as big and moved your facilities away from the door, then made a alter-room where you could sacrifice things and you might get other things, the altar and the message that came with it was very vague.

You then focused on the round boss room and noted that you could change to a few preset blueprints, but thought it through and changes the room to be a cavern and that the entrance was a man-made hole out of the crypt, then made that water came from four top corners of this cavern making a rivers that met in the middle of the room before traveling down further underground. This made along the the spires and stone near the rivers moss grow and patches of dirt now had mushrooms growing out of it. The back of the cavern there was a stone casket that required quite a few times before you finally got a at least a Fine looking one on the ground while the wall behind it had been carved with the heroics of a Paladin while in front of the casket was a altar to the gods with two holy symbols resting upon it.

[A normal Boss for the room seems odd, do you want to change the Boss monster? Yes/No]

Pressing Yes took you to the Minion Management and focused upon the data of this Unliving One.

There stood a male human with black skin, a big nose, wearing nothing more then rags and a shoddy sword in hand.

This was irritating to you since in your mind's eye you could have seen something that was much more refined and elegant then this normal looking warrior. Taking a moment to make the image clear in your mind eye before starting to make alteration to the looks of the boss before you.

First you made it a her, then changed the physical looking age to around 21 in human years before working on the body itself; Soft red hair that came to her well defined but plump ass while the bangs flowed a bit over her soft baby blue eyes which framed her innocent and cute face with freckles showed her kindness, while her power was shown by the rest of the body which was well toned with muscles with scars here and there that didn't detract from her beauty, her small C-cup breasts were left alone, while her arms and legs were given a bit more visible muscle as she was a bit more taller with the height being from her now long legs.

This was partially destroyed by the fact that she was still in a rags, but checking for options there brought nothing up which made you a bit confused until you checked the sword and noticed that only the weapons you had with you currently were on there, meaning you had to craft the weapons and armor this hero would wear. Giving her a simple iron broadsword that you had was the only thing he could do for the moment on that front.

You then turned your attention to her class and saw that it was warrior, so you attempted to change that and was glad that the tokens you acquired would help out with something, with one warrior and one priest token you got to turn her into an apprentice paladin before using another pair of tokens of the same kinds to turn her into a trained paladin.

Next you put your attention to her name and changed it to give her a simple but elegant name that you quite enjoyed the sound of; Annabel.

Finally you were asked to choose how the encounter would go with adventures interacting with her. So you started to think up a small script before wondering if it would ever would be possible to meet her.

So you started to write the script; Kneeling before the alter is Annabel, praying the goddess of **** and beauty that has lead her through her short life and her unlife, as the heroes enter the cavern fully she turns her head towards them and stands before drawing her sword before saying, "So those who would leave me for ****, have betrayed me once more and sent you have they. Why do they hate me so, I have fought against the darkness that would take this world many times and my payment is **** upon my return." She then gets into a combat stance, "Still my lord, the lord of this castle still believes in me, so I and my comrades in life and **** shall continue protecting this castle from the likes of you fake heroes!" Then when the heroes get close enough she attacks, "For my love, the lord. And for the goddess, Die looters!"

You then noticed she wasn't actually in control of anyone so you set her as commander of both crypts before noticing that ghosts of the three floors of the castle itself were also a option so you set them under her aswell.

[Placing these nest under control of this boss shall effect them and their appearance to fit the aesthetic and backstory of this Boss and be linked in strength to the boss, do you still want to do this action? Yes/No]

Pressing yes before exiting out the editing allowed you to see her profile once more.

[You have created a boss with less then 100 stats, you can now equip items once more.]

Then you went to a few other monsters and noted the difference from when you were walking around down there, though there still weren't any dark mages since they required the Magic Research Room on the second floor to be restored fully before you were allowed to let more of you spawn.

Ghost now appeared in different classes and had spawn rates for each time tied into each floor which in turn you could alter via Tokens of that class, ofcourse there were still many non-combat class there as cooks, nobles, servants, butlers and maids were all classes that some ghosts had.

You then stepped back from the desk and waited as his skills got updated.

You turn to your closets before sighing, both of them are overflowing and the ground is covered in Fragments of Stone and Wood, Dust and cobwebs.
You stand by your desk and refine everything down into usable components before setting aside the Stone and Wood and put dust in a room called the dust room since it's where you put all that dust. In storage your Stone is 4209 and wood is 2911. You had kept the silk which came together from 11 to 1075 before turn 500 into 50 Silk Sheets to go with the 6 other ones you had.

You then used the silk you had, the stone and wood in storage and then restored a majority of the castle you were in, with exceptions to the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, Magic Research room, Armory and storage rooms. While that seems like a large amount of rooms, that was because that despite the majority of things were repaired in each of those places; Iron, Crystals and Bed stuffing were in short supply so certain aspects couldn't be repaired.

Seeing as you were lacking Iron and still had a few extra weapons lying around you dismantled each weapon.

Dismantling:
Sword: 1
Dagger: 2
Dark Staff:1
Resources Change:
Iron: 10+11=21. Crystals: 8+5=13. Wood: 100+ 3= 103.

Seeing as you had plenty of stone over you restored the outside of this castle you were in aswell, like before it costed 1200 stone setting you down to 1809 while the wood sat at 411 because of using wood instead of iron where was possible. Still everything was restored partially to the former glory, though you suddenly remember being in a manor before all this happened, just setting it aside you presume you just got a new dungeon instead of getting the skeleton's one.

You go to the facilities tab and construct a chair for you to sit on before quickly using Castle Management to make a hallway so you go to the Ritual room you yet had to use or could travel down the new hall to other locations, you made one room which ate the last of your work which you then filled with a smelter, forge and anvil, all eating up precocious iron and crystals while the stone you just earned by digging this out was used for everything else.

Then finally you sat down and smelted the ore you had with you.

Refining:
Iron Ore: 28-27=1 Iron: 1+9=10. Copper Ore: 8-6=2. Copper:0+2=2.

Then with that iron you forged a lock and a iron key that could open it. You couldn't make locks that required special keys with the other work station which only made generalized locks.

Returning back to the main room, you head back to the desk and easily find to add the lock to your door while it took some time before you finally found a way to place the key into Anabel's inventory.

Taking a moment to check your two old traps, you are kinda irritated that the crossbow trap can be upgraded to a magic bolt trap for 15 crystals while the floor would have automatic reconstruction with 4 crystals. You spend the 4 crystals for the upgrade since it should increase the amount of kills you get via the trap if you were lucky enough.

You then finally head to the bed for some rest after that long amount of time of work.

New Resources:
Copper: 2. A weak substance that's easy to mold into shape when needed, is bad for using in weapons and armor.
Resource in Closets:
Stone: 102+x-y=287. Wood: 103-4=99. Iron:10-3=7 Crystals:13-4=9. Warrior Token:5-2=3. Priest Token: 2-2=0. Silk: 11+ 1064-500-450=125. Silk Sheets: 6+50-10=46. Tin Ore:1+1=2. Dirt: 20+20=40
Resource in Storage:
Wood: 0+411=411. Stone: 0+1809=1809. Dust: 0+4324=4324

What does our dark mage wake up to.
