Cormogian Burg - A walled fortress that has sunk into the bybarrow over thousands of years, disturbing the ancient dead that feast on the endlessly regenerating cursed flesh of their ancestors. They view all trespassers as those seeking to soil their legacy and dilute the taste of their flesh. The main character starts unable to completely comprehend this fate.

High-Inquisitor - The one who seeks out interlopers inquiring to their heritage and renders judgement to preserve the purity of the taste.

Cursed Maiden - Saves us from a harrowing fate, but how steep was her price?

Eve of the Harvests Ever-After - A ritual to honor the Harvest Mother, a woman who conceive on this day supposedly honors her line in the eyes of the Harvest Mother. But who is she?

Mahan - The tallest of the wood-trolls, Mahan saves the main character from hypothermia, and introduces her to a world of forest wonder.

Algahi - Forest-dwelling humanoids mistaken by humans as the mythical Sasquatch. In actuality they're a whole race of 7ft tall ape-like, intelligent humanoids who have strong ability to use stealth.
