Vladimir Kobla was, in fact, a less than a capable man who is dependent upon the talent of others in order to rule. And over ten years he could not have been prime minister without the scheming of Baroness Romanov. Helena is 24 years old tall dark haired women with snow-white skin and a fit, slender body.
