Lisa takes off Erica's shorts herself.

Erica couldn't move, so Lisa took the decision out of her hands. "If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself," she muttered to herself.

Lisa started advancing towards her victim. When she reached her, she opened the drawstring of Erica's shorts, clearly broadcasting that she wanted to get this done as quickly as possible. With the waistband loosened, Lisa unceremoniously pulled the shorts down to the floor, exposing the pink panties that were hidden underneath. There wasn't even time to time to acclimate to what was happening.

Lisa tapped Erica's left foot. "Lift." Even though she was practically catatonic, Erica lifted her leg. As soon as the shorts were free of her left leg, Lisa tapped the other foot. She didn't issue a verbal command, but the unspoken order was obvious, so Erica lifted her right leg.

Her shorts, liberated from her body, were crumpled up into a ball and thrown to Alicia. They disappeared into the duffle bag. "So little Erica was lying to us," Lisa observed. "So what do we do now?"

Alicia remained silent. Suddenly, Lisa snapped her fingers. "I just had an epiphany." Erica didn't believe that Lisa had had an epiphany of any sort. She had obviously planned ahead. "Pass me that bag!" Lisa ordered Alicia. Alicia kicked the bag down the hallway so it skidded to a stop close to Lisa. Lisa unzipped one of the small side pockets of the duffle bag and pulled out a pair of scissors.

Erica's eyes widened at the possibilities. "We'll just have to cut the panties off." Lisa concluded.
