Lin His Crush

Foster had almost completely forgotten that his co-worker Lin was going to be returning to work today. When he saw her he realized he she would be the perfect one to do a test on. Lin had taken time off work to finish up college and had been gone for nearly three months. She was Asian and fairly pretty at that. Sadly she wasn't fully Asian she was a mixed. He looked at her in awe.

Lin was an Asian American woman who moved to Canada four years ago. She started working with Foster about two years ago. She never payed him any mind and he always seemed to be doing something himself. Lin was 5' 5" with perky b-cups that matched well with her slim figure. She always dressed conservatively. She had a boyfriend or two but never really hit it off with any man. Her shorter black hair was silky and was admired by most in the office. Many of the guys probably dreamed of her Foster among them as well. Foster knew his end goal but was unsure how he could achieve it.

Lin was drinking a coffee and was working at her desk as professional as normal. She had a date later that night with someone that she met at graduation. She figured she would do it just for the hell of it. Little did she know that Foster had some other plans for her. She really had to emotion towards Foster though she tried to be friendly to everyone.

Foster looked at Lin. "What to do!" his mind was racing. He knew what he wanted but he didn't exactly want to do what he did earlier. He pondered his choices and decided on something simple. Looking at Lin he thought "Childhood friend/huge crush" he honestly sure what this would do. When they were children they would have lived in two different countries. There was really no way they would have known each other. Foster decided to wing it and approached Lin.

"Hi, Lin good to see you are back." Foster said looking away from her afraid he would ogle her. Then something Foster never would of expected to happen took place. Lin stopped working and her serious face took on a smile. She then grabbed Foster and hugged him saying, "Oh! Foster i'm so happy to see you! It was so hard not being able to talk to you but I really had to focus. I'm sure you have lots to tell me about the past three months so how about a coffee at lunch?" Foster couldn't believe it they had never actually had a conversation before and now she acts like she knew him forever.

Foster knew what his powers did earlier on the woman who came to his door. However this seemed to be on another level. Foster realized he had changed the past though he didn't know how much. Lin was still embracing Foster and he was enjoying every moment of it. "Come on Foster, I have known you since I was like seven and you are still the shyest person I know." Lin said finally breaking the hug and giving a friendly punch on the shoulder. Foster realized his mouth was gaping and shut it quickly. He looked back at Lin who had a eager look on her face waiting for an answer. Foster finally opened his mouth and said "Yeah, Lin of course!"

Lin's smile grew wider. "Good because I didn't want to drag you there this time." Lin said returning to her seat. "Now you better get to work otherwise the boss with kill you." Lin said playfully and she returned to work. Foster still had three hours before lunch. He could work on some of his past due papers or he could go see someone else. Looking around he noticed a few jealous looks on the faces of some of the other guys around the office.
