Well, what'll it be?

Lift some weights!

{if@ Strength<7}Weights! They make strong! More importantly, they make you hit and push things harder. Which you want to do!

It takes you a little bit to find a good spot to get in some weight-lifting, but eventually you find a reasonably nice looking weight bench. You're not super good at figuring out what to do with a lot of this equipment, but this one seems self-explanatory -- you just lie and and push a bar up and down!

Well, you get started, to much success. This is super easy, actually. You must have some natural talent about you! You keep it up for a good few minutes before deciding that you earned yourself a break. But since you're feeling so energetic still, why not fill that break time with some pushups?

Well, the pushups present a much harder challenge for you (you get about six done, on your knees), but that's only natural after so long on the bench. When you've finished your pushups, you get back to your feet and decide that you're probably done for the day. Or at least a little while. You're pretty sweaty and tired.

You notice something a bit weird as you leave -- some other people are about to use the bench, and they're putting these weird circles on either end of the bar. You wonder what that's all about. You should give it a go sometime!

{elseif Strength<10}You're back! And ready to get exceedingly strong. Embarrassingly strong! 'Please, don't look at me, my muscles are too big' strong! Like people say about your boobs.

Well, you're back to the bench again, and this time you want to try out putting those circles on either end of the bar. Nff! It's kind of hard to lift them so that you can attach them, actually! Maybe you'll start with a few of the smaller ones...

Well, it's still really tough to keep lifting the bar up and down, even with the smaller weights. But you know for a fact that you're doing a lot better than you would've a little bit ago! No wonder those other people liked these circles.

You work out for a lot less time, this time around -- but you were on the bench for longer than you did pushups for! That's something. And it's not like you can complain much if you're leaving the gym sweaty and tired. Which you really are now. You sleep is going to be incredible. They will write songs about the rest you'll get tonight.

You're getting stronger and stronger!

{elseif Strength<13}Guess who's back? Back again? Debbie's back! Let's work out then!

Alright, you're feeling pretty good about your strength, so you figure it'll be worth trying some pushups. It's a good thing this school has a place like this Gym, or you wouldn't be able to do any.

It turns out that pushups are a lot harder than you thought they'd be. You get out six of them again, the last one a bit shakier than the rest, but this time you don't use your knees even a little bit! With a sigh, you collapse forward to lie facedown on the mat. Whew! Your arms are really sore now. But less so than they were last time you did this, and last time wasn't even as tough! If you keep up the maintenance, you're sure to- what is happening.

As you're lying down on the mat, you feel a weight be applied to your entire back side -- soft, but heavy. I-is somebody lying down on top of you?

"Phew!" You hear. "Pushups are really hard, aren't they?"

You nod underneath the man's weight. You're not sure if he noticed.

"You've got a pretty good form though."

You're about to respond before you realise that you don't have anything to respond with. So you close your mouth again and wait. You were tired before, but you could totally still get up if you wanted to -- you just didn't want to. But this guy's weight is completely pinning you down. You wiggle a bit. No dice!

You take a bit longer trying to think of what to say, creating a pretty long silence between you two where you just feel his slightly warm breath tickling the side of your neck. During this silence, you start to feel something else -- he's pretty soft pressed up against your back side, but the part of him right up against your backside is starting to feel a bit.... less soft, between your buns. You wiggle a bit to make sure, and it sinks into the space a bit deeper before-

"Nnf!"

With that, the weight is lifted off of your back and you're freed once more. Yay! To the sound of light but rapid footfalls, you pull on the back of your pants to undo the mini-wedgie you just got and stand yourself up again. You put your hands on your back and thrust forward your chest in a much-deserved stretch. You're still tired!

As you look around, there's no sign of whoever was just on top of you. That's weird.... i-it wasn't a ghost or anything, right? Scanning the room again with narrowed eyes reveals no ghosts. So only maybe. Still, you want to keep your guard up....

When your arms feel a bit less tired, you try to do some more pushups to find that the strain is still significant. You end up deciding to just top off the workout with as many on your knees as you can handle, before calling it a success. You don't find out what that person lying on you was about though.....

You're well on your way!

{elseif Strength<16}Alright, you needa get huge, you need ta stay huge. You needa get huge, you need ta stay huge. You repeat this mantra in inspirational mutterings as you walk through the Gym once again, thinking what you should try to do this time -- when you spy a set of pull-up bars. Aha! Perfect!

Running over to it before screeching to a halt, you just barely manage to stop just short of bumping your forehead into it. Now this is what you're talking about! In a blur of motion, you grab onto one of the bars and yank yourself up and over it, to secure a position lying down atop the frame. Alright! Nice. This is so much fun.

You rest there for a minute or two, wide smile on your face. A few people approach to bars, then see you and go to find something else to use. This is everything you have ever wanted. It's like your own little throne, but bed. Once you've had your fill, you get into a crouching position -- you don't dare try to stand up on it -- and hop down nimbly to the ground. Not bad. You wonder how quickly you can go from the ground to the top, and then back to the ground again? Hmmm.....

A few minutes later, you're bent over with your hands on your knees, puffing and panting out of your wide grin. Phew! You managed to get it done in just twelve seconds, which was really good, but then you were too tired to beat that record. Still, awesome job! Twelve seconds is fast. You mentally high five yourself for your impressive work, then gather your things and head back out to the Courtyard. That was a blast.

{elseif Strength<19}You're back in the Gym again, ready to get big! This time you think you'll try deadlifting, like you've seen some of the people here do. But.... you don't know the proper form to deadlift. You could ask Newton, but he's just started helping out a group of second year girls, and you don't want to interrupt even though you're certain that he'd prioritise you over them. Or, knowing him, handle both things at once. Still! You'd feel bad, so it won't do!

You can just ask somebody else. Surveying the area, you notice one guy who doesn't seem to be doing anything right now and is staring over towards you. Perfect! You skip over to meet him n' greet him, as is custom.

He's a bit awkward to talk to, but he says that he knows how to do a deadlift and he agrees to help you out, so that's good enough for you! His name is Christian, and he offers to take you into a little private room so that you don't get embarrassed if you don't get it right away. Since he's being kind and helping you out and all, you do as he says and go off behind him. You're so lucky that you have access to awesome people like this!

In the private side room, Christian takes a second to set up something on the floor. Haha, it looks kind of like a dildo pointing upwards. Then he turns to you with a serious expression.

"Take your pants off."

"I'm serious." He says, without breaking eye contact. "We don't want any unnecessary weight. It could cause strain."

As you squat up and down, he critiques your form, and each time you adjust it appropriately. This guy's pretty good, actually, because your knees don't hurt at all anymore while you do this. He's like Newton-Lite.

He circles you as he delivers his critiques, to get a fuller view of your positioning, but he stops when he comes to just behind you. Then, threading his arms around your hips in what's almost a hug, he stops you mid-squat when he presses two fingers over your panties and slips them off to the side.

"Shhhh....." He hushes you. "Lower."

A few minutes later, and you're basically a deadlifting pro! Christian's actually a big help. Like, 65% or so of Newton's level. Which is a pretty big deal! You put the barbell to the side when you're done, and you can already feel the muscle growth in your arms and legs. Plus, you didn't even cum this time, so you're doing better in two ways!

Happy with your progress, you wave goodbye to your new group of deadlifting friends. You're mostly ignored, but some of them grunt. Christian walks you all the way to the Gym door as you stretch your arms, talking to you and asking you questions, but you're not really listening because you're just thinking about how all in all it was actually pretty easy to learn how to deadlift. Like, really really easy. Plus, you're also feeling a ton stronger now, so you're basically the greatest of all time. What a successful Gym visit!

{elseif Strength<25}You walk through the gym crouched down and sneaking quietly -- it's not like you're trying to hide from anybody or anything, but it would be really nice to just get back to your roots and have a clean, fun, and solo workout where you just find something weird-looking and give it a try. Just like old times!

You tiptoe your way up to a cross-trainer, which somebody's using at the moment, and hide down behind it. The person using it is looking at you weirdly, but that's fine, because again, you're not hiding from anybody or anything. You lift your head so that your eyes are just above the cross-trainer, to peek out across the Gym and see if you can spot anybody that's--

"Hey Debbie."

"AH!" You fall back onto your bottom in surprise at the voice that arrived right in your ear. You slowly stand back up, rubbing at your slightly-sore behind, and ever-so-gently peek between your eyelids at who spoke.

"What's going on, my girl?" Says Christian, leaning with one hand against the cross-trainer and the other on his hip. "Ready to workout with your workout partner again?"

You're not happy about this. But you're also a bit too polite to make it known that you're not happy about this. So instead, you just give a silent nod, and let Christian take you to workout in that circle of his friends again to do more deadlifts for fifteen minutes or so.

By the time you're done, you definitely feel stronger -- the exercises are definitely good -- but it was way less fun. Newton always says that you need to find a way to keep the exercise interesting to you, so that you actively want to do it, but.... well, maybe next time you can do your own thing again.

Cautiously, and slowly, you rise up from your position on your belly. You've successfully commando crawled across the whole gym mostly unseen, so that probably means.....

Nevermind. You thought you heard something, but it was-

"Eep!" You eep in surprise as you're hoisted up and into the air from under your arms. You desperately whip your head around -- on either side of you is one of Christian's friends, carrying you from underneath the arms. "H-hey, fellas, I was just kinda thinking that I'd work out on my own today....."

One of your deadlifting friends grunts in response, and then they start carrying you (still in the air) across the gym to that little empty space in the back. "Christian said he wanted to see you." One says, in a gruff voice.

You wriggle around, but they're both really strong, and there are also two of them, so eventually you resign yourself to being carried through the air. Even still, you're sure to put on a face of defiance! A pout should do the trick.

You're put down again once you reach that empty space. Christian and the other deadlift friends are all there with you, but this time they haven't taken the barbells off of the rack. That's weird.

"Oh, hey, there you are Debbie!" Christian says brightly, walking over to you with open arms. "I was just thinking about you, how funny that you come looking for me right at the same time! That's gotta be a sign of something, for sure."

He claps his hands, and rubs them together.

"I was thinking we could do some different workouts today -- you know, us two and the boys. I've told them so much about you, they're just dying to see what you can do."

One of the boys shrugs, but the rest look between each other and seem to come to a semi-agreement that he's right after a few half nods and bottom lips sticking out contemplatively.
