Isabel agreed to this but only if they made the following changes.

1. No contact between players unless it was a contact sport
2. The 3rd and 4th place players have to give their piece of clothing to the 1st and 2nd player
3. No sharing extra clothes between players until 6 hours after the competition
4. Staying in 4th 3 times in a row will **** that player to give up an additional piece of clothing to 1st (concession for Steph to agree).

The next challenge was Kelly's choice and it was doing the most 40 pound reps of leg curls. Isabel pressed her breasts against the cold fabric of the seat while her toned butt was shown off. In the end, Isabel got 2nd while Steph got 3rd and Heather got 4th. Kelly asked Steph for Isabel's bra while Isabel annoyed that she didn't get back her clothes asked Heather for her panties on her though she revealed that she wasn't wearing any. Heather's challenge was who could sustain a plank the longest. An odd challenge considering it showed off her bare butt more but, it. didn't really matter to Isabel.
