Let's go for a walk a try this out on some strangers

You decide to go for a walk and find out just how much you can do with your new abilities. You tell your mum that after 3 months in a hospital you would really just like a walk around the local area to stretch your legs and get a feel for home again. She seems to understand and you set off down the street.

As you stroll along you see an older man collecting his mail, ?throw it into the air and wave your arms like you just don?t care? you think at him. He suddenly throws the mail up over his head and starts waving his arms about his head wildly. After a few moments he stops and looks a little confused. Shaking his head he looks about to see if anyone was watching, then collects his mail off of the ground and hurries back into his house.

You cross the road into the local park, and see a couple making out on the park bench. You decide to try implanting a thought instead of a command. ?He?s cheating on you, he has other girlfriends? you think to the girl. No sooner had you thought it she pulls away from his kiss and starts smacking him about the head with her hands accusing him of cheating. You stay behind a tree as the argument grows hotter then gasp as he hits her across the face.

?stop hitting her!? you think urgently and his hand stops in mid-air. She starts crying and runs off and he watches her go silently.

?you feel terrible about hitting her and will never raise your hand to a woman again? you think angrily. You watch as he breaks down crying and begins slapping his arm uncontrollably, then before you can do anything he runs off bawling.

Wow, you think. This power can really be dangerous. It seemed that your anger and emotions were transferred to him to the point he never wanted to ?raise his hand? again, so he attacked his arm. You were going to have to be very careful about making people do things on your emotional whims.
