Let's deal with the Mad Woman

You approach the the bank where the hostages are being held and use your powers to walk past the police barricade unnoticed. Inside you see 5 thugs in clown make-up taking orders from dressed head to toe in red in black. She's also wearing a lot of clown make up. There's aroud ten scared hostages sitting on the floor in the corner. As you walk in you plant the idea in the minds of the thugs that they should lay down their weapons and sit with the hostages. "What the hell are yous guys doin'?!" The high pitched New Jersey accent of the clown lady screeches. "I'm sorry," you say, "That was me."
"And who the hell are you supposed to be?"
"I'm The Protector, who the hell are you?"
"Oh you must be new here, how rude of me. I'm Harley Quinn."
"Well Harley Quinn. You're going to let these hostages go, and then turn yourself into the cops. If not, I'll make you."
"Well y'see the boss ain't gonna like that, so..." She pulls a mallet, seemingly out of nowhere and runs towards you.
