By the time Nami reached the front of the desk, the secretary with her wrinkled face was ready with a form held out. "The entry fee is ten thousand Beri," she said, "sign here acknowledging that we aren't responsible for any injuries or inconveniences otherwise that you may experience while playing."

"Te- Ten thousand?" Nami sputtered, caught unaware by their being an entrance fee. Well it was a small price to pay in comparison to the grand prize. She looked over the form, making sure that there were no inconsistencies with what she had been told, and with a smug grin signed the contract.

The secretary looked over the paperwork, and pointing to the door behind her, she explained the rules. "When you pass through that door you will have the option of three trials that you can take. After each trial you will be presented with another three, and so on, until you finish three in total or fail. You can use whatever weapons or tools you have to assist you. Good luck to you."

Nami nodded, and after watching another competitor disappear behind that one door, she followed in brief.

On the other side however, was not the other competitors, but an empty room with three doors. Like the secretary had said, each room would hold a different trial, but as to what each trial was specifically, the symbols above the doors told little.

The door on the farthest left sported the face of a clown.

The second door in the centre had the face of a lion.

The third door on the far right, had the symbol of the Marines.

A click sounded behind her as the entrance door locked, and from above came a voice from the speakers.

"WELCOME TO THE LABYRINTH, CAT-BURLGAR NAMI!"

"How did-?" She was certain she had signed with a fake name.

"THIS VERY DOME HAS 'EATEN' THE REPLAY-REPLAY FRUIT, CUSTOMIZING EACH TRIAL TO YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES. MAY YOU FIGHT TO THE LAST-

ROUND 1 BEGIN!"
