Lauren is tanning

Lauren had always been pale. Now, after the last winter, she was whiter then ever! Normally this wasn't a big deal to her, but her sister somehow had a perfect tan all year round. The last time he had seen her Lauren was stoked by her perfect bronze skin.

"Jeeze Lauren, you look like Snow White!" Vanessa laughed, causing Lauren to blush crimson. She knew with her white skin how visible her flush was. Somehow this made her blush more.

"Well, why are you so tan?!" Lauren shot back.

"The tanning salon, duh!" Vanessa laughed at strut off. Lauren hadn't thought of that. The tanning salon! Maybe that would work for her!

The last straw was when at work someone called her 'the albino', getting a laugh from the whole crew (except Lauren of course). So, that weekend she decided to do it and headed down to the tanning salon.
