Lauren and Megan attempt to hitchhike
“Shit,” Megan said. “Goddammit. Well, I guess we better use what our mama gave us.”
“What?” Lauren said.
“We have to try and hitchhike. Otherwise we’ll be stuck here until Vanessa or Luna notice we’re gone for far too long,” Megan said.
“I’m not hitchhiking?!!!” Lauren shrieked.
“Well you’re the one who got us into this mess, so you’re the one who needs to get us out of it,” Megan said. “Now stand on the side of the road and flash the next car to stop for us.”
Lauren gulped not eager to flash the next car.
