Knock on the door

There was a knock on Carl's door. He looked through the peephole and saw the building manager, Kelly Hayes.

He was two months late on the rent, and he knew why she was there. This was a chance to try his new power. He opened the door.

"Carl, you know why I'm here. You're two months late."

Carl stared into Kelly's eyes. "Come inside, Kelly."

Kelly walked inside as Carl backed up.

"Reach behind you and close the door."

Kelly did so.

Now was the time for the big test: "Kelly, unzip your dress."

Without saying a word, Kelly reached behind her and unzipped her dress.

"Kelly, you know I'm paid up for the year. You will make the proper notations and adjustments."

Kelly just stared into Carl's eyes.
