King sized target

The Squad has been selected to take on a large Rapi, one that was seen to be over two stories tall, and able to smash through steel defensive walls. The beast was last seen roaming the last abandoned city that the rapi swarm had taken over. Knowing how much of a threat something that size could be command wants it destroyed, but it has a nasty habit of going underground whenever it comes to attack the next settlement. The solution is to send in a covert team to kill it as it roams through its current territory without fear of being attacked.

This mission would not be easy, the city was overrun by rapi and their defences, not to mention that without satellite coverage being able to pick up the lumbering beast the team would need to find it in the large city, and even then they had to deal with the beast itself. the few reports on the beast state that it has armoured plates over its back and a thick armoured skull, on its massive forearms it has huge metallic looking spikes that are said to be used for both digging and stabbing. The intel was a bit shady to whether the beast was in fact an infected animal, or some sort of hybrid, or even a collective mass of rapi stuck together. But it needs taking down.

The team lands on the outskirts of the city not wanting their jet to be spotted by rapi forces, after all, the element of surprise was everything for this mission.
