John unfroze Kim, then hit program, causing her to fall into trance.

"Kim, give me your honest opinions about all your sisters and yourself. Start with the one you hate the most to the one you hate the least, and end with yourself."

Using the information Kim gave him, John would use the program function on the remote to give them new personalities based on Kim's opinions.

"Khloe is a bit of a bitch," Kim said. "I think Kourtney is a snobby child, despite her age. Kendall is more mature than Kourtney, but still childish. Kylie is super sexy. If she weren't my sister, I'd love to fuck her. I honestly wish I was born into a different family, because I hate the spotlight and drama."

John took those options into consideration, and came to his conclusion as to what he would make each sister.

Since Kim didn't want to be in the spotlight anymore, she would become John's twin sister.

Since Kim wanted to fuck Kylie, Kylie would become Kim's wife, and John's sister-in-law.

Since Kim thought Kourtney was a child, she would become John's daughter, and Kim's niece.

Since Kim thought Kendall was a bit more mature, but also childish, she'd become Kim and Kylie's daughter, who would also be a role model for her cousin Kourtney.

And since Kim thought Khloe was a bitch, she'd become the family dog.

John knew the remote would erase the sisters from existence once he pressed a certain button, but he would do that after he changed them to their new personalities. He would start with Kim first, obviously.

"Kim, when I snap my fingers and wake you up, you will no longer be Kim Kardashian, you will be Kim Doe, my twin sister and roommate. You will bury all your memories of being Kim Kardashian somewhere deep in your subconscious where you can't get them back."

John's woke his new sister up.
