The doors to the Cave opened, and with the swift and speed that only two powerful vampires could muster, You and Rose straightened up and dressing in the blink of an eye as a voice was heard crying out "GET YOUR GOD DAMN HANDS OFF OF ME!" You heard, brushing Rose's bottom a little more than necessary, She smiled, brushing Your hand away

"Focus." She said, pushing one of Your wavy black hairs from Your face "Go." She commanded though You saw her ivory white smile, You smirked, kissing her cheek

"Killjoy."

Turning into the kitchen, Your eye met with Belle, restraining a struggling woman who had obviously put up one hell of a fight, Her mink coat torn, the shadows of scratches and bruises that had healed rapidly "For god's sake will You calm down!" Belle cried, holding the woman out by the shoulders as she tried to do more damage to her face, her... Mousy Brown mane of curly hair swaying furiously, her glasses falling to the ground and cracking slightly as she shook free, You froze as she turned, looking right at You through squinted eyes, that You knew could not see well without her glasses.

Jane blinked like she was trying to make out just what she was seeing, straining to look at what You were sure would be a Tall, dark blur to her. Jane's eyes widened as she dove for her glasses, feeling the cold zap of fight or flight, You slipped quickly back into the Kitchen, Rose caught You looking quite confused as You pressed flat against the wall, eyes searching frantically for an exit "Beloved?" Rose asked as You took hold her shoulders in panic

"I. am. not. here. Understand?" You said in a harsh whisper, Rose raised an eyebrow but nodded slowly as Your eyes flashed, Your body fading rapidly into a cloudy grey mist that slipped quickly up towards the ceiling out of sight as Jane bolted into the kitchen, pausing at the sight of Rose, who stared down at her with her icy blue eyes.

Jane's eyes lingered on Rose for a moment, You didn't exactly blame Her, the Redhead, even in her sunflower dress looked like she was made of steel at that moment, cold and unflinching in her gaze at Jane's smaller form "I... I thought I saw." Jane stammered as You carefully floated above, slipping through the door frame as Belle appeared behind her, looking very annoyed

"You! You ruined my Coat, and then just run off! God the nerve!" Belle cried "I wouldn't have bothered if Ch-" Belle halted as Rose's frosty eyes fixed her in warning, Belle pressed her lips together, her neck shrinking inwards at The Inquisitors silent wrath

"Charlie!? You were going to say Charlie wasn't You, I knew You were the floozy I saw him with!" Jane said, pointing at Belle angrily, Isabelle's eyes flashed, face twisting monstrously, Jane went so pale that You thought she might faint, but she didn't, she just raised her hands and stepped backwards, trembling as Her heart thundered in her chest "W-Where is He, I know He's here!" Jane said, trying and failing to sound tough as Rose stepped forward "Woah, woah j-just stay back, I just want to see him... I need to see him I..."

"Be still," Rose commanded in a low whisper, Jane immediately seized up as Rose approached, she had terror in her eyes, seeing that... made a flame burn inside, the Beast growling monstrously as Rose's claws sharpened in Jane's direction, spiralling from the ceiling, You reformed like a dark shadow behind Jane, eyes burning at Rose as You stared with an equally monstrous gaze. Rose paused, considering You curiously for a moment before Her eyes softened and Her claws retracted "move freely, Be calm." Rose said, releasing her hold on Jane.

Jane rubbed her temples, blinking lightly as You stood over her, being careful to stay just out of her peripheral vision "Who... who are You, people, what are You, people?" Jane asked, turning to Belle, You shifted, soundless and unseen behind her as she looked between them, Rose did not look at You, she seemed to catch on to what You were doing, though Belle looked a little confused

"We... um, I'm Belle, this is Rose." Belle said, gesturing to Rose who continued to silently stare down at Jane, still, clearly, a little unnerved, Jane spoke softly

"Jane... Jane Watson-"

"We know who You are," Rose said In her cutting whisper, Jane swallowed, fumbling with her glasses as she pressed her lips together

"A-Are you going to kill me?" Rose folded her arms, clearing her throat, You shook Your head adamantly, Rose huffed

"No," Rose said, Belle raised her perfectly tweezed eyebrow at You

"We aren't?" Belle said to no one in particular "I mean she was following Me, I would have thought that we could do without the nuisance?" Belle pouted, though as Your ferocious eyes met Her, Belle quickly went quiet again, You would not allow Jane to come to any harm... You had been avoiding Her specifically to keep Her out of all of this dangerous bullshit, Jane narrowed her eyes as Belle who kept stealing glanced at You her shoulder, spinning around Jane saw nothing, You stuck to the back of her, shifting and moving with her with such speed and precision that she couldn't detect You... although, You gritted Your teeth as Jane's eyes welled, biting her lip in restrained frustration

"I know, He's Here, I know He's alive, I saw him, and other people have seen him, I... can I please just see him?" She said, lifting her cracked glasses to wipe her eyes, string slightly, You frowned

MAYBE... WE SHOULD TALK TO HER, WHAT'S THE HARM IN JUST REASSURING-

"Fucking Undeath, that's the harm, You think getting her mixed up in this is a good idea? I was already **** to change Belle, but for as long as I don't have to put Jane in any danger, then I won't."

Jane looked at the two of them expectantly, Belle shifting nervously, Rose holding her stare resolutely, Jane eventually just looked down at the floor "Are You two, like his new girlfriends or something?" She asked, Belle rubbed her lips together, turning her eyes away, but Rose stared, fire in Her eyes, silently looking at Jane with a clear kind of contempt, Jane folded her arms, a sorrowful look on her face "You don't understand do You, You don't care, not like I do." Jane said, Rose's eyes narrowed

"What is it that I don't understand, Human?" Rose whispered darkly, Jane seemed to gain some of her courage back, staring back at Rose with equal fury

"I've never seen You before, You don't know him, really know him, H-He must be fucking broken right now, His sister is an asshole and his dad was an egotistical twat... but they are all He has, With what happened to his dad, He must be angry, hurt, I just want to be there for him!" Jane growled, Rose listened quietly as Jane continued "Look if I know Charlie, He's probably looking for the person that did this, angry and scared, so listen to me just... when You see him, tell him that I just want to be there for him, alright?" Jane said, shooting them both a glare before walking off, You quickly following Her to the door, but she paused, tears falling down her cheeks again, You looked over her shoulder, so tempted to reach out, You could just talk to her right now, tell her that You were okay... but then the image of Belle's **** came into Your mind, halting You, so instead You just watched Her leave, slamming the door behind Her as Rose came up from behind You.

"Are You alright?." Rose said, her fingers entangling themselves with Yours

"Yeah..." You lied, containing the cold, numb feeling inside "I'm going hunting." You said, Your Golden eyes still looking at the place where she stood blankly, Rose rubbed Your shoulder, getting on her tiptoes to kiss Your cheek

"Go. I'll look after the Blooded, both of them." She said, smiling at him, You cracked a small grin, but grabbed Your black bomber coat, flicking up the high collar, sweeping wordlessly out into the night, being careful to avoid Jane's scent as You sped off through the trees.

Rose fiddled with Her fingers, thinking on what the Mortal had said, on how Charlie must be in pain... She knew him, of course, she knew him, but He always seemed so sure of himself, so powerful, how much pain could He possibly be in?

Rose huffed, her half breath escaping Her lips as she clicked Her fingers at Belle who was watching awkwardly from the kitchen "Come here." She said, trying her hardest not to sound cold, Belle nervously moved over to Rose, refusing to meet Her eyes in obvious fear, The Inquisitor's long smooth Red hair fell over her face, sighing, she popped out a claw, Belle watching curiously as She pricked her finger, drawing a Blood rune on the palms of both her hands, sweeping them across her smooth hair and mustering "Rewind: Original base." She whispered, Belle watching with wonder as Rose's hair relaxed back into it's normal long curls that glimmered in the light, tying her hair back with a long crimson ribbon "Take those off." Rose said, pointing to Belle's jacket and hat

"W-What?" She said, slightly flustered, Rose rolled her eyes

"You will help me make a Salve, it will restore some of the Gerix woman's strength. Your coat and hat will be ruined if You spill something on them." Rose said quickly stepping past Belle who actually smiled a little

"well My coat is already ruined but... wait, Me, help You? O-Okay... but isn't Cleo technically Noxium now?" Belle said, quickly hanging her coat and hat on the couch before rushing to follow Rose, who shrugged

"I can fix the coat, and yes, I suppose she is." Rose said coldly, drawing Belle over to the Kitchen where they began to work. Isabelle was not all that bright, that's what Rose thought anyway, this assumption, however, was being quickly diminished, she was following instructions relatively competently, despite her nearly dropping things every so often, sure she wasn't as much as a natural as Diana was, but she felt spending time with Belle, adequate

"So..." Belle said as the Salve boiled in the Alchemy pot, "How did You and Charlie meet?" She asked innocently, Rose clicked her fingers at her

"Keep stirring." She said, Belle, straightened up, shifting nervously, Rose sighed

"Technically after He was turned, in the Manor, then in the Gerix Hotel, He tried to kill me." Rose said, finding a kind of fondness in the memory, Belle smiled

"OMG, He tried to kill me too!" Belle said giddily, Rose nodded

"I know, I was there," Rose said matter factually, Isabelle smiled at Rose, stirring the pot slowly as instructed before speaking softly

"Do You mind... like, me and Charlie, does it bother You?" She asked earnestly, Rose raised an eyebrow, huffing

"Vampires... No it doesn't bother me, My clan are naturally polygamous, You have nothing to worry about, anyone who Charlie loves will suffer no harm from me." Rose said, Belle beamed at this, jumping even more giddily while giggling girlishly

"Holy shit this is so fucking wholesome, It's like we are one big happy family!" Belle said, Rose felt Belle hug her tightly, the Blooded's breasts pushing up against Her own as she squeezed with Joy, Rose blinked, by the Blood God, if Her father could see her now, He'd kill them both

"Keep, stirring," Rose said, flushing slightly despite Her cold tone, Belle seemed to remember Her place, jumping back

"Y-Yeah, right, sorry, Hehe." She said, taking the spoon and carefully stirring the dark violet salve. Rose thought to herself, maybe she didn't know Charlie as much as she would like, maybe she didn't have the ability to form that kind of connection, but with people like Belle and Diana, she could certainly try and learn, Rose's red lips arched into a smile, humming to herself as she had Belle pour the finished salve into a beaker, her thoughts on Her beloved and the two of them getting to know one another on a deeper level.
