What's next?
Kayo runs for it.
Expecting arguing to be futile, Kayo starts to run with everything she's got. She isn't sure if she's ever run so fast before in her life. Even so, her small stature leaves her covering far less ground than she would like.
Every half minute or so, she throws a glance over her shoulder at the large black man, each time, he just grins, half erect, as he watches her go. All too soon, the man is in motion, his long legs and athletic body propelling him across the grassy hills with startling speed.
Ahead of her, Kayo can see what looks like a small building. Redoubling her efforts, she knows that her only hope is in reaching that building before the man reaches her.
Glancing over her shoulder again, she feels a sinking feeling deep in her gut, He's just too fast!
