John grew an erection

"I know it is hard for you to accept it." Dr. Valentine said comforting. "But that's the reason you are here."

"So it would seem. But that has to wait until next week. Our time is over for now." Dr. Valentine stood up and shook John's hand after he put back on his pants.

She was already by the door of her therapy room, as she stopped John. "There is something you can do until next week." She took John's hands and put them on his chest. "You can rub your chest with both hands. That'll help your mind to realize you don't have breasts."

"I'll try it." John replied and left.
