John's surgery appointment

On the fifth day after his last session with Dr. Valentine John had his appointment with Dr. Gonzales. His mother Linda accompanied him to the clinic, where Dr. Gonzales worked. It wasn't a big clinic, but it was beautifully decorated, neat and the personal was friendly. A beautiful nurse showed John his room and told him to put on the paper hospital gown every surgery patient had to wear.

"I can't believe I'm really going with it." John said as he put on the gown.

"Don't worry John." His mother comforted him. "It's just for a few weeks. Then you are back to your old self."

"But I'm getting breasts."

"Remember what Dr. Valentine had told you. If you don't do it now, you'll soon want to become more and more like a real woman. And you don't want that."

A minute later a doctor entered the room. He introduced himself as Dr. Gonzales. He was a normal looking middle-aged doctor and was going to be John's surgeon.

"O.K. John, then I'll explain you the procedure." He said sitting down beside John, took a marker out of his white coat and opened the chest-part of the surgery-gown. "For the physical treatment of your 'Masculus-magna-ubera' I'll have to operate you four times. In the first operation I'll make two small cuts under your armpits." He draw there one small line each. "From there I'll open a small passage under your skin to your chest." Dr. Gonzales drew small arrows on the chest. "There I'll make small caves for the 'medical' implants. Then I'll shove them through the passages under your skin from the armpits under your chest and position them to give you the look of two breasts." He drew two curved lines on John's chest to symbolize the augmented breasts. "After that I'll stitch up the small cuts and you are done for the week."

"And there can't happen anything?" John's mother asked.

"There could always happen something unexpected, but that's very unlikely." Dr. Gonzales answered.

"And why does I have to be operated four times?" John asked.

"Because Dr. Valentine and I think enlarging your chest in one go would stretch your skin too much to produce the desired result for your treatment. The skin needs time to stretch itself without leaving any unattractive bruise. So I have to enlarge your chest three times before I'll give you the needed size. First 300cc, then 650cc and on the third surgery 1000cc before you get the final 1400cc on the last surgery."

John sighted. "If you say so."

"Don't worry, John." Dr. Gonzales comforted his patient. "Here you get the best care."

"Can John come home between the operations? Or does he have to stay here?" Linda asked.
