Jill Valentine

Ah starting off with one of the original characters I see an excellent choice as Jill Valentine is one of Resident Evil's most enduring characters despite being in fewer games than her male and female counterparts. Originally a member of Raccoon City's Elite Police Unit STARS Jill Valentine served as a member of Alpha Team where she served as the Breaking and Entering Specialist rather than a front line fighter. Her skills in puzzle solving and lock picking served to be instrumental in the first Resident Evil game and continued on to it's sequel where we find Jill being given a more revealing outfit to say the least.

Even now female cosplayers continue to wear the trademark Jill Valentine tube top while others have evolved to her Resident Evil 5 ensemble instead.

Either way the character's fan base continues to endure despite all these years and shows no signs of stopping.
