Jexal's scheme

"Mist?"

Shindou searched the surrounding, but only mist came into his sight.

"Hmm? It seems like you too are different than any ordinary human."

Jexal came into site. This time he stretched his body to get warmed up. He looked confident now. With his claws pointing at Shindou, he opened his mouth.

"This time, you have no chance of winning with my misu misu no mi and my brother's sakka sakka no mi."

Like the last time, he dashed right ahead to attack him, but he dodged him easily. On the other hand, there was something different about it. It seemed like he was making a portion of mist every time he attacked. While Shindou constantly dodging, it was just leading to his scheme like he planned.

"Ha! Ha! Ha! It seems like you didn't seem to notice my scheme yet."

"Nope, I think I got it all covered. You are going to make every portion of mist to make distraction and that messy hair guy will use illusion, right?"

This made Jexal speechless, but he gave a grin.

"Eh? You are pretty smart for a young age? But what ever happened to that busted girl? Can you guess?"

Now that he finally mentioned her, he realized he was totally forgot about her. He gave out the hand gesture saying that how could he had forgotten about her. Jexal continued to speak.

"Since it's too late to save her, I'll tell ya. I made a clone of myself with the mist to distract her and my brother should be using his illusion abilities by then."

As soon as he finished his sentence, his brother was long gone. On the bright side, Shindou knew that Jexal was no match for him. Knowing that he moved fast to confront him. He rolled to charge up the power and kicked him right on the head. Jexal backed out. He of course knew he couldn't defeat him, but he was still smiling. He tried stand back again to counter him, but he was too fast for him.

"This asshole! How is he keep speeding constantly? He should have used his stamina by now."
