Jennifer slammed the bedroom door in anger at how insensitive her husband was being. He'd once again told her to quit her job despite making more money than he did. She knew he thought her boss was a lecherous douchebag but thought he needed a wake up call. It didn't help that her father was in the hospital after suffering a heart attack. She quickly packed a bag thinking it might be time to stay with her mother while she got things settled in her mind about what she wanted to do. Sam **** himself to calm down after she stormed out of the room but knew the argument was his own fault. He couldn't explain to himself why he kept pushing her to leave her job but he did know her boss was nothing but a perv trying to get into her pants. He'd seen her boss Marcus Benton leering at her more than once and trying so far to look down her blouse even more often. He didn't understand why she refused to see what the jerk was doing but knew she'd see it sooner than later. He frowned when he heard the front door slam and hurried to the door.
