Jed arrives home and sees Paula.

Suddenly, Paula heard the front door to the apartment open and Jed entered. She was confused...hadn't it only been a few hours? "Honey, you won't believe what happened at work..." he said, and she turned just as he came into view, looking for her. "The coin..." Then he saw what had happened to her, to the chubby slob of a woman that was once his girlfriend. "Ah," Jed said, comprehending, "I see you've already figured it out."

Despite the changes, despite how weird all this was, when Paula saw the disgust on his face for a second, it made her a little horny. Okay, maybe a lot horny. She wanted to jump him right then and there. But she shook that off and nodded. "Yeah, I think mine changes me based on what I do. But you look normal, what went on at work that made you come home early?"

Jed shuddered. "I was talking to a friend, showing him my coin, and while he was holding it, idly, he off-handedly made some joke about being old, and suddenly he was in his sixties! More than that, both he and I remembered him always being old, as well as who he used to be, but everyone else at work only knew him as an old man! I took the coin back and came home immediately to see what was going on with you, and, well, yeah." He came closer and hugged her, though Paula felt for a second as he shuddered at the smell she was giving off. "How are you doing, honey?"
