Jean Grey and Emma Frost

Jean Grey resented Emma Frost. The former villain had joined the X-men, and been welcomed with seemingly open arms though Jean doubted her turn to good. Emma also obviously had designs on her husband Cyclops. They were both psychics, though Jean was far more powerful, and Jean resented anther woman with similar powers who obviously flirted with her husband on the team! Even worse Emma insisted on dressing like a harlot, half her body hanging out!

Emma on the other hand, viewed Jean as a stuck up prude in a push up bra. She thought Jean was horribly repressed and her and Cyclops were obviously having issues. All was fair in love and war, and Emma was intent on being with Cyclops! The only obstacle in her way was the stodgy Jean Grey.

The two were rivals. They resented each other. They may have even hated each other. Confontation was inevitable. The only question was who would be the winner and who would be the loser?
