Who Found The Rulebook?

You consider the notebook. Kind of an overwhelming sense of power - and with great power, as you remember a wise mentor saying, comes great responsibility. But then again... someone wanted *you* to have this. No **** capable of making something like this would let it be found by the wrong person, right? You consider what to change, and your mind immediately goes to how great it would be if you could spank any woman you wanted. You bite your lip, imagining the possibilities. You glance around the cafe at the pretty barista with the cute lip ring, the dignified blonde student typing on her laptop, the businesswoman in the pencil skirt, oblivious to your imaginings as she types on her phone...
Well, first things first. You write a heading called 'Metaphysics', and write clearly in pencil:
- The rulebook cannot be lost or stolen
That's a good start. You think a bit more, then add
- The owner of the rulebook cannot change the world for the worse in a way that cannot be fixed by creative use of the rulebook
There we go - that should be enough insurance for now. It's time to experiment, see how hard it is to create a better world
