Darla - Dawn 4 - Power 4 Hypnotism - Dark 2

Dick took a moment to look over his chart. While Ravil might be good at tracing the threads, he was good at tracing the numbers. It would take some time to build them up, but it was a start.

Both of the changes to their power was minor. If no other changes were made Darla would never try hypnotism again and Angel would give the cross to Buffy at a later date.

But if further changes were made...

"Dick!" he heard Ravil call out before the other monk burst in.

Dick groaned. He knew this was coming.

"The threads have changed color," Ravil said urgently. "There is..."

"That was to be expected," Dick cut in quickly.

"What?"

"We put ourselves into the Key," Dick explained. "Agreed to bond them closer together, have the Key form, and help form among the others, sexual bonds. The Key is pure light. What you are seeing are our sexual fantasies leaking into history and changing it.

Ravil continued to pace, "I traced the threads. The changes dissipate quickly, but specks remain."

"Nothing can ever be truly erased," Dick answered. "If we did nothing else, those involved in the changes would forget them over time."

"But we're going to make more changes!"

There was a loud crash from outside the temple. They still had awhile before their magical protections were destroyed, but the inevitable was coming. "Anything we do will have side effects. That's inevitable. This way, having it be sexual, will minimize the impact. Horny teens being horny is much easier to explain than a random sister who never had any noticeable impact."

And much more fun, Dick thought, but didn't add.

Ravil nodded his head. "I guess we have ****. I'm ready, let's make the next change. I want to try jumping ahead in time, make sure the threads are still stable."

"Okay, where are we headed?"

"Let's check on the first time there was a second Slayer."

6. Kendra is anxious around boys when she meets Xander. (Yellow, Blue)
