It was Jessie

For a brief time, you recall the nightmare and how it ended. There is no mistaking it. Male Jessie is who caught you as you fell. Relief washes over you when you remember and smile. You have a way of saving your sister.

Jessica watches and waits for your decision, "we can't bring Niki into this, we've hurt her enough."

Jessica lets out a sigh but has a small smile, "I agree. What we did was wrong."

Butterflies flutter in your stomach as the two of you swap clothes, you will be making this right even if it costs your genders. On the way home you stop by a pharmacy for some morning after pills. Once home you find your sister brooding in her room. She makes no mention of your friends from yesterday.

You go to knock on Nicoline's door and pause. There will be no turning back. Seeing your hesitation Jessica holds your hand and squeezes it. You look to her and try smiling and take a deep breath and knock.

"What do you want?" comes your sister's voice and none too pleased.

"Um, can we talk for a moment?" you say.

"Why?"

"Well...it is about yesterday. Some friends were over and well...they have something for you."

Your sister scrambles to the door and flings it open. You cannot tell if she is on the verge of tears or about to scream profanity. Her voice trembles, "what is it?"

In answer you hand her the package. After reading the label, she begins to bawl. You step forward and hug her, "I'm so sorry."

It takes several minutes for her to calm down enough to take the pills but she eventually does. Jessica and you then go on to explain how your friends got carried away and they felt horrible about it.

Your last day as a male passes quickly and you spend that last night in bed with Jessica, her last night as a female. In an attempt to remember as much as possible, the two of you are at it well into the night but all things come to an end. The next morning you wake to find your chest heavy with breasts again but this time it is not a surprise. What is a surprise is when your sister sees you and Jessie.

After last night Jessie and you sleep in a long time and by the time you do finally wake your sister has been up for hours. There is no way of sneaking out. Something the two of you had not really thought out. You are seen as soon as you exit your room.

Niki goes ghost white and bolts to her room and slams the door. You run to her door with Jessie close behind. You knock and try opening it, locked.

"Niki," you plead. "It's not what you think."

"We're sorry, let us explain," says Jessie.

"Go away or I'll..I'll..I'll call the cops!" she yells back.

You exchange a worried glance with Jessie and decide to leave for the time being. Before you drive off you send Niki a text message letting her know you need to talk about your friends and to met up. She then sends a text an hour later asking why you would need to meet up instead of just meeting at home. Here you tell her because she had told you to leave. This gets her attention and she texts you back within seconds.

Jessie and you watch from a distance. A shady tree your sister and you had climbed many times as a kid. You knew she would find the place easy but you wanted to make sure she was there first. You see her arrive and look around. You then send her a text that you see her and will be walking over in a moment.

She is scared when she sees your friends' approach but she does not tell you off or run away this time.

"Where is he?" she asks.

"Right here," you answer while gesturing to yourself. She scoffs and Jessie and you go on to explain your incident with the strange caller. How the two of you woke up with swapped genders, how you would only change back if you did not get pregnant and how Jess would only change back if he got someone pregnant. Then how it failed and a new deal was made to impregnate the next girl you saw and lastly how after succeeding in that you were given the chance to undo it. You could not bring yourself to hurting Niki any more even though it would cost you your genders. Niki listens in silent disbelief until you finish. You apologize once more for bringing her into this and turn to leave.

"Wait," she says. "Where will you go?"

"Don't know but we can't stay like this," you answer.

She watches in silence as Jessie and you leave but texts you later that night. You are not sure how she did it but she found a place for the two of you. The first six months were the hardest but you somehow survived. Jessie and you missed your parents and were thinking of some way of getting back in touch with them. You knew they were hurt when Jessie and you just disappeared with a good bye text but how could you explain to them? A year later you got an excited text from your sister, whom you had been in constant contact with. She had a surprise for Jessie and you and would be coming over soon. What type of surprise did she have in mind you wondered?
