It's time for your appointment with Taylor Swift.
It's Taylor Swift's first appointment at the clinic so she doesn't know that you're a substitute doctor. When she calls you Dr. Jones you don't correct her, you just tell her, "Please, call me Dr. John. You can see that the Slave4U Michelle administered into her bloodstream is already taking affect - she looks flushed.
You ask Taylor about the services she's looking for and she tells you that she's looking for a sperm donation and that she'd like to start by looking through a catalog of men.
"Pardon my bluntness, but I'm surprised that you - the Taylor Swift - would need a donation for sperm," you tell Taylor.
Taylor looks flustered by your question, but then goes on to tell you the rest of her story.
