You roll Nurse Riley over so that she's lying on her back, which should be a little bit more comfortable for her boobs, then walk out into the hallway with the bottle in hand, face bunched up in thought.

Whatever choice you end up making, whether it's to use the oil as intended or give it to the Sorority, it relies on you having the bottle and not having anybody around to stop you. Which you have both of, so that's good! Unfortunately, having nobody around to stop you also does mean that you need to decide exactly what to do, which is trickier.....

Still, you did a good job and got the oil, so that's something to be proud of. And it took way less of your Free Time than you expected, too!

You have a while now to think about where you want to take the oil, unless you just want to go use the time you saved by being efficient and deliver it now.
