It's Crystal, but no plan

"Duck!" Rebecca says as the girls sink into the water. The bubbles are thick enough to hide everyone's nudity.

Monica is the only one who doesn't sink, instead looking around the tub. "Where?!"

Crystal stomps over to the tub and gives everyone a hard glare. "I don't believe this. You drag me here saying that you're testing your uniforms, and here you are soaking in a hot tub!"

"What? You got something against hot tubs now?" Madison asks.

"If I've got it, I may as well use it!" Rebecca agrees.

"You don't have time to screw around here!" Crystal says. "There are members of the faculty here! Hell, the principal is here!"

"Maybe we're testing our swimsuits for the swim team. Ever think of that?" Candy asks.

"Alright then, stand up and let me see!" Crystal says.

You look at the girls, hoping they have a plan. Whatever plan Rebecca had probably didn't involve flashing Crystal. That would just make her angrier.

"You! Alexandra! Let me see you first!" Crystal demands.

Alexandra doesn't seem fazed as she responds. "Um, I'm the mascot, remember? I'm not wearing my costume underwater."

As Crystal is about to respond, Monica stands up. Her bikini pieces are crumpled in her hand as her naked body is on full display for Crystal to see. Monica throws her discarded swimsuit out of the tub into the grass, barely missing the girls at the grill. "There! I got it off! Now everybody's nude!"

You and Rebecca both cringe in frustration. Madison sinks her head underwater and screams, her voice muffled by the water and the bubbles. Alexandra and Candy both facepalm in unison.

You risk looking at Crystal. She stands in absolute shock, her jaw open and her arms haven fallen to her side, barely clutching her clipboard and pen. Her eyes are wide enough to be dinner plates. If you didn't know any better, you'd swear this was the first time she'd ever seen a naked woman.
