• A woman's pussy, breasts, and asshole are not seen as particularly sexual or private, but are acknowledged as parts of her body which can play an auxiliary role in sex.
  
• Women can still achieve orgasm by stimulation of the breasts or pussy, but this is not generally acknowledged by the public.

You figure that this makes being an "arm man" about the same as being a "leg man" was before; and being a "calf man" is what being a "breast man" was before. Meanwhile, appreciation of a woman's chest or sex has the status similar to appreciating a well-shaped calf or a delicate hand.
