Improve scientific research

New Rule: Scientists have successfully launched a man to walk on Mars.

The television in the café delivers shocking news. Today a man walked on Mars for the first time in human history. This book seriously is no joke.

New Rule: Joe Wolf knows how to cure cancer.

Holy shit. It works. You've just learned how to get rid of all types of cancer. The entire world will know your name for centuries. If the book can teach you to get rid of cancer, maybe the book can teach you how to make things too?

New Rule: Joe Wolf has the knowledge of how to develop a cloning machine.

Suddenly everything makes sense. You've always been fascinated by the duplication of animals, people, and things. Not only do you understand the complex science behind it, but now you know how to get the money and resources to make one for yourself.

You wonder if you can answer philosophical questions with this book too.
