I didn't think it needed to be said but obviously DO NOT BREAK ANY RULES OF THE SITE! The children being a part of the program thing is indeed for world building purposes, I was informed in comments it would be a good idea to clarify that.

I'm allowing essentially any content in the story as long as it doesn't break the rules of the site or go against the general theme of the story. This means you essentially have complete freedom.
